Side by side, sit two family homes modestly designed to fit into the character and scale of Denver’s Bonnie Brae neighborhood. Their size and exterior expression is deliberately toned-down in contrast with other, much larger new houses in the neighborhood, to fit comfortably into the existing scale, and open space character. Inside the homes we combined open, flowing plans, and interior details that reinforce the architectural style of their exteriors.
