Mr. DeCoster, in addition to being a building contractor, is an architect with several designs you are familiar with in the Denver area. In fact, DeCoster got into the home building business because he felt he could better exercise his creativity. Since founding Centerstone, DeCoster has been graced with the opportunity to develop unique, custom homes for many happy homeowners.

DeCoster performed commercial architecture from 1979 to 1990. In 1990 he became a corporate property consultant assisting with the evaluation of real estate portfolios in the US and overseas. In 1993, he entered the home construction business, and formed Centerstone in 1996.
